Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on the Ocean Cargo web site. You should read through them carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.

We will validate your card details before your order can be accepted. Once validated, we will send order confirmation to the email address you have supplied to us.

Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only. Most deliveries can be made within 14 days but allow up to 28 days. If an item is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or shortly thereafter.

Our website does not include our whole range and some items are available from stores only, because they are super-fragile and in our experience not able to be delivered to your home in one piece!

The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order, and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation, with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled and will give you a full refund.

Payment is due at the time of placing your order. Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Master card, Delta card and Switch.

Other methods of payment are available such as cheque, in which case you should print out a completed order form and telephone or post it with the correct payment within 7 days.

All goods will remain the property of the Ocean Cargo until paid in full.

Ocean Cargo Co Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend specifications or dimensions without prior notice.

All card payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection. That is to say that all your credit card information is encrypted prior to it being transferred to the bank for authorisation.

If you are not happy with your purchases for any reason, please telephone us and we will make arrangements to replace or refund your purchases. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

If you change your mind before we deliver your order, we will be happy to give you a full refund however if you change your mind after delivery we will deduct a £30 handling charge for taking your order back. Refunds will only be processed once the items have been collected. The time limit for returns is 28 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

The products and services offered on the Ocean Cargo website are sold for use within the United Kingdom. Use of this website shall be governed by the English Law and will be subject to jurisdiction of the English courts.
